
Jack co-founded TAG Employer Services with Ron Bleich in 2003. In addition to his partnership with Ron at TAG, the two also created and sold HRC Employer Services a PEO in Phoenix, Arizona. Jack’s experience in the industry began as a partner at Human Resource Corp. in Dallas, Texas when he took an assignment in Phoenix. Jack currently has over 15 years of experience in Executive Management of Payroll, PEO, ASO, and Insurance agencies. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and is constantly creating new technologies and techniques to assist TAG’s clients in streamlining and creating more profitable businesses.
Wendy joined TAG in 2009, primarily focused on managing a team of licensed professionals who are responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service and expertise for TAG’s clientele. She has owned a local ASO and has been involved in the PEO and ASO industry since 1998. Wendy is also the Vice President of Diamond Bay Securities, a securities broker/dealer – one of the TAG Companies’ professional organizations. Wendy is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), licensed Arizona Life & Health agent, licensed Registered Representative (Series 7) and General Securities Principal (Series 24) and has been chosen to be a Mentor for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Wendy’s entrepreneurial attitude and personal dedication to our mission and our clients serves as a springboard for operational excellence and innovation. She just rocks.
Prior to joining TAG, Alex was Chief Financial Officer for Banner Plan Administration (BPA), a third party administrator, and Banner MediSun, Inc., a Medicare Advantage health plan. In this role, Alex oversaw the financial services function for Banner Health’s self-funded medical, dental and pharmacy plans; Banner Physician Hospital Organization’s (BPHO) risk contract arrangements; and MediSun’s health plans. In total, the self-funded plans, BPHO, and MediSun cover over 100K lives. In addition to overseeing financial operations, Alex was charged with overseeing actuarial and analytical product development, and assisting with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Alex has held various finance positions in his 19 year career, including auditing, financial accounting, consulting and review, and administration, with the most recent 10 years being with Banner Health. Alex graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accounting.
Danny joined TAG with a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of vital experience within the payroll arena. Prior to joining TAG, he was Vice President of Sales for ADP regionally and Vice President of Business Development for Intuit, nationally. Danny brings TAG a unique approach to our Joint Venture program and is looking forward to helping payroll companies grow their revenue!
Larry has 30 years experience as an Information Technology executive. Among his prior positions have been: VP of Engineering at Duck Creek Technologies (an Inc. 63 company at the time of his tenure), President and co-founder of Applied Digital Solutions (NASDAQ: ADSX), President and founder of several software technology service firms, including The Americas Group, CIO of Dallas Market Center, and Director of Software Development and support for the Building Materials Division of International Paper Company. Over his career, he has created custom software for many fortune 500 and technology companies in industries such as Healthcare (pharmaceuticals, providers, and payers), Retail, Logistics, and Power Management.
Michelle joined TAG Employer Services in 2004 as the Benefits Manager to run and grow the department in to a full-service insurance agency and TPA for the exclusive benefit of TAG clients. Michelle graduated Summa Cum Laude from ASU with a BA in Integrative Studies and began her training in the insurance industry as a producer with Hill & Usher, a Phoenix, AZ based brokerage firm. This experience gave her an extensive background in Life & Health as well as Property & Casualty solutions. While nowhere as smart as Jack, Michelle proved to be handy at a few things technical. In 2009 she took on a business development role for the company and was asked to lead business and product requirements for TAG Back Office Software as well as develop the Joint Venture program through TAG Ventures business division.
